Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing & Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — only the next auto-renewal stops.

What happens to my remaining time when I upgrade?

The remaining value is converted and carried over into the new plan. Before paying, you see the conversion details and the new expiry date, and payment proceeds only after you confirm. Downgrades are available after the current period ends, provided your usage fits within the new plan’s storage limit.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of the first payment or an auto-renewal payment, provided the paid features of that period have not been used. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access for the remaining period.

What happens to my data when the plan expires?

If you're within the free storage limit (5GB), your albums stay public even after expiry. If you exceed it, your albums and pages go private after a 7-day grace period. Paying again restores everything instantly, and trimming your content back within 5GB keeps that much public for free. Any excess you don't trim is deleted 90 days after expiry, starting with the oldest.

Why a subscription instead of a one-time payment?

Morigram is an archive that keeps your records after the event is over, which is why it's a subscription. If you only need it for one event, you can use BASIC for a single month and cancel — records within the free storage (5GB) stay public even after you cancel.
